MYP Beer Production

In the process of production of MYP beer, there are several stages. The basic ingredients are water, hops, wheat, malt and yeast. The first stage is grinding of malt, and when that process is finished, malt is mixed with boiled water and wheat. After malt and hops are brewed, the process of fermentation starts. Temperature must be optimal (11-12 C degrees). During the process of fermentation, the alcohol is produced. The last stage of production is filtration where unnecessary remains are removed.

MYP Beer Dark

MYP Beer dark is produced using the best natural methods. One of the most important ingredients of this beer is yeast, that is fermented very quickly, giving the sweet and superior taste of beer. This type of beer needs three to four weeks to produce.

MYP Beer Light

Recent years, our most popular beer is MYP Beer Light. It is produced using the newest techniques and as a result comes beer with little or no percent of alcohol. There are wide varieties of this beer, each with different percent of alcohol, but the most popular one is with 0,5 % of alcohol.

MYP Beer Sarajevo has made a research about its product and one of its parts was a questionnaire, which was done by 40 Sarajevo citizens.
